Cumberland  County Women’s  Hall of Fame, Inc. announces that Dr. Elizabeth Arthur will serve as emcee for its 13th annual Induction Ceremony.

 

Dr. Elizabeth Arthur is the Council President for the City of Vineland and a retired adjunct professor as our emcee for this special event.
